Hello EA Support Team,
I am experiencing a persistent technical issue with my FC Mobile account that I've been unable to resolve for several months.
Problem Description: Despite having a high-rated team (119 OVR) and excellent internet connectivity, my players are responding very slowly to commands. Specifically:
• Passing: There is a significant delay/lag from the time I press the pass button to the player actually executing the action.
• Shooting: Similar to passing, shooting feels sluggish and delayed.
• Movement: The overall gameplay feels "heavy" and slow compared to other accounts.
Troubleshooting Already Performed:
1. I tested a different account on the same device/network, and that account works perfectly (fast passing and shooting).
2. I have cleared the game cache and reinstalled the app multiple times.
3. I even tried a cloned version of the app to ensure a fresh installation, but the issue persists on this specific ID.
4. I have updated my team with new player cards, but it did not fix the sluggishness.
5. My device settings are set to high/ultra graphics, and the hardware is not the bottleneck.
This issue started after I returned to the game from a break and has lasted for 4-5 months. It seems to be account-specific rather than device-specific.
Could you please investigate if there is any data corruption or account-side configuration causing this input delay?
