Dear FC Mobile Support,

​I am writing to report a severe issue with high ping and match lagging during Head-to-Head and Division Rivals matches.

​Even though my internet connection is fast and stable on other apps, I keep losing many matches in FC Mobile solely because of the unstable ping and connection drops to the EA servers. This is heavily affecting my ranking and gaming experience.

​Please look into my account connection stability and check the regional server performance to fix this issue.

    Hello  I’ve been having serious freezing and lag issues in EA Sports FC Mobile lately, especially during head-to-head matches. The game freezes for seconds, buttons don’t respond properly, and sometimes my actions don’t even register. I already lowered the graphics settings, cleared background apps, and I still have plenty of free storage, but the issue is still happening.
