Can't log into ea account

Hey augniyrs9r34​. Thanks for joining our forum. Sorry to hear about the trouble with your account. Have you tried clearing the cache data to remove old files and see if you can log back in?

Still it doesn't work I have the same Problem. Every time I wanna try to log in into my EA account the screen becomes black and stay like this.

Is any other login option available for you, or does it behave the same way?

Could you also try temporarily changing the default web browser on your mobile device and then check if you can sign in? If possible, please clear the cache for your current browser as well and see if that helps.

Just checking in - is everything working now, or do you still need help?
