I already paid but...

I bought an item but it didn't appear in my account/error/invalid even though the purchase was successful. There's no special service/the item didn't arrive.

Hey mt8v6ey4j7m4. Have you tried restarting your game or device? Could you also let me know which device and store you’re using, and exactly which item you purchased?
