I bought the tradable card, but EA gave me the untradeable card

I bought a tradable pack(OVE:113-115) two weeks ago, but they gave me an untradable Bruno Guimarães, I asked for my friend they told me it will turn into Tradable  in two weeks, but after two weeks,b...
