I bought the tradable card, but EA gave me the untradeable card

I bought a tradable pack(OVE:113-115) two weeks ago, but they gave me an untradable Bruno Guimarães, I asked for my friend they told me it will turn into Tradable  in two weeks, but after two weeks,bruno guimarães has been in the market, if I watch my untradable guimãres, I will see a tradable guimãres in my watchlists, that proof my card is tradable, but it can’t be treated right now.
