I cannot connect to my fc mobile account

Every time i try to connect to my linked account to ea account i put my email and it doesn’t send me the code to acces my account to my email.i put the right email and it doesnt work.i send email to mailto:[edit: email address removed] and doesnt send me the code to acces.what should i do?i want my account back not to start another one.Please send me the code!
