  • Hello EA Support,

    I am experiencing a persistent issue with in-app purchases in FC Mobile.

    Every time I try to buy an item, I receive the following message: “Purchase Failed – Please login to your application store account and try again”

    Support Message: 20005 | LiSLrshMQteoA7WocyHg5w

    Important details:

    • Purchases work normally in other Google Play games on the same device and account
    • Google Play account is active and logged in
    • Payment method is valid and functional
    • Device: Android
    • -ocation: Netherlands

     

    This indicates the issue is specific to FC Mobile’s purchase integration, not Google Play or my account.

    Please investigate this error on your side and advise on a fix or account refresh if needed.

    Hey there. Please try this workaround and let me know if it helps.

    1. After tapping OK to close the error, minimise the game (press the Home button).
    2. Open your phone’s Store app (App Store / Google Play) and check:
      • Is it loading properly?
      • Are you signed in to the correct account?
    3. Go back to FC Mobile and try again.

    Alternatively, check if you can complete the purchase on the webstore.
