I can't Exchange Mascherano in Libertadores

Can some explain to me why I can't exchange macherano in Libertadores Event?

@Sanyosa You need to have won 5 matches against 95 OVR opponent - the text disappeared after you passed the node 🙄

@mendozzamagic Just info that exchange is open in my account. Probably account related bug or there is some condition that is not explained
