I cant exchange my 112 OVR George Best

I packed an untradable 112 ovr george best and wanted to exchange him for a different 112. But when i checked in the exchange section he just wasnt there for some reason? can i please get answers or can this please be fixed in the next weekly update. And no hes not in any of my lineups, ive seen many other complaints like this too and its upsetting to see..
