i can't play

Today at night, my device (Infinix Hot 50) won't let me Enter into FC Mobile. i know it's the device cuz i tried using another device and it worked there. So either i'm banned from FC Mobile or something is happening. Pls help me!!

    Update: turns out i just needed to reboot/restart My phone. i have recovered my account back and Will be getting calhanoglu one day :wink:

    Note: when i try to get in, it crashes the device within the first 1-3 seconds, aka the screen hasn't even finished. I tried deleting cache and data, reinstalling, etc. and nothing worked. i have an account that i've used for a WHILE now, so pls help me here.
