I can't transfer my account to my new phone.

I have an advanced account on my old phone, but I don't know where it's registered because I didn't create it. It's highly likely this is a guest account, and I want to link it to another account, but I can't connect the accounts.There is no option. I want to link this guest account to a real account. I'm not sure about the age issue; it seems like 15 or 16 was entered. I'm actually 25. Can you help me with this? I'm leaving my email address
