I couldn't get the compensation, nor could I get the glitch.

Hello EA Support,

I’m an FC Champion player and I have a problem with the "FC MOBILE GIFT SET". The rewards are not appearing in my "Featured" tab (the icon on the main screen).

I did not benefit from the "Dreamchasers" unintended rewards, so I should be eligible for this compensation. I have tried all troubleshooting on my iPhone but the Featured section is still not showing the gift path.

Please fix this for my account or send the rewards to my inbox before the 4 AM reset.
