I did a quest on FC mobile (the quest is get 5 players to 20 level) but the game says i only got 4 players to level 20

Same problem, I trained more than 20 players to level 30, but it stopped counting after 7, it is now stuck at 7/18, even though I trained more than 20 players to level 30.
