I didn’t receive the pack after purchase

Tonight I'm buy package 10+1 ballon d'Or C, my balance has been deducted, but there was a lag during the card opening process, causing a disconnect. After I checked the players, there were no additional players on my team. Please refund the purchase or delivery of the Ballon d'Or player. I have attached proof of purchase below.

Sharing a video and a screenshot of googleplay purchase which didn't get added in the game. I dont know what to do here. This is not good EA. Please help me recover the pack amount. 

I have made a transaction to open a pack in Fc mobile buy you guy didn't open the packe for me.

It has happened twice 

I tried to top up FC points when the process was completed and the money in my funds was reduced and I continued to login but I didn't receive any items I was surprised how this could happen

I've bought a Rp. 65.000 Ballon d Or Pack. And then after finished for payment, the screen freezing. 

So i restart the apps, and then the package that has been bought never show up again. in store, this package still availabe but my money still used. 🥲😭

C'mon EA Sport fix this. Where is my package now?
