Hi there. Just to confirm, was this actually the first time you purchased FC Points on this FC Mobile account? If it was, please restart the game completely and then check the Bonus section to see if the First Top-Up reward is available to claim.

If you still can't see the reward, please let us know when you made the purchase. The purchases can sometimes take up to 24 hours to finish processing. If it has already been more than 24 hours, you may need to contact EA Support through the in-game Help option.
