Missing First Free Rename Token

Hello EA Support Team,

I am unable to change my username because I did not receive my first free Rename Token.

According to the game system, players are supposed to receive one free Rename Token the first time they attempt to change their username. However, I never claimed or used this free token, and it is not available on my account.

Please check my account and help restore or grant the first free Rename Token so I can change my username.
