I don't see the option to link accounts

I created a guest account 2 months ago. I followed the tutorial and then it asked me to link an account but I couldn't. I tried to link it again and again but it still wouldn't connect so I just gave up. One day when I went into the settings I saw that there was no option to link accounts. How can I solve this?
