Regarding Missing UTOTS Players

Many players including me used the quick add feature to upgrade our tots players to utots. However the quick add allowed utots players to be exchanged which unwillingly took away our utots players from us. 

We request ea to please help us as we just lost our best players due to this. Please try to give us our tots players back so we can perform the exchange in the right way or compensate in some other way. We would be very grateful.
