I got scammed

I payed 5 euros in FC Mobile, they got my money from my account, but i didn't receive the thing i bought.

    Contact customer service in game and note purchase not received

Open the game, click on settings button (top right corner) then customer service

Thanks, now im waiting for an advisor to respond, i hope i solve this.
