I have an issue in League!

I’m the admin of a League in FC Mobile that I created together with my friends. We currently have an issue with one member spot in the League. According to the game, a certain person is not in the League, but their spot is still occupied, and we cannot remove them.

Because of this, we cannot add any new members, and it’s causing a lot of confusion. Could you please help us resolve this issue or explain how we can fix it?
