I have a problem with buying fc points because when I try to buy it, it tells me that I have to log in to the application account, I don't know what it is but I have a Facebook account and an Ea account connected

I would like to ask for an explanation why this is not working for me.

Hey there. Could you please confirm where you’re seeing this error: in-game or on the FC Mobile Webstore page?

Also, please try the following:

Open the store app on your phone and check if you need to log in again.

In-game, make sure you’re signed into the correct account.

If needed, go to Settings and select the correct login option for the linked account.
