I lost my players and 10 drafts

I need help with my FC Mobile account. I purchased a pack for 30,000 gems, but after opening it, I encountered a serious issue.

The following items are missing from my account:

Additionally, Neymar and Modrić disappeared from my lineup, and they were replaced by bronze players.

Please check my account, investigate this issue, and restore the missing players and Draft Tokens as soon as possible.
