Hi EA Support,

I am writing because I lost 1,000 Star Shards due to a game-freezing glitch in The World's Game (TWG) Mystery Drop event.

I spent 250 event tokens on the Mystery Drop to claim 1,000 Star Shards. However, the game froze during the animation, forcing me to restart the app.

When I logged back in, my 250 event tokens were gone, and the game showed a pop-up saying "1k star shards claimed". However, the 1,000 shards were never actually added to my total wallet balance.

Please check my account logs and restore the 1,000 Star Shards that I paid 250 tokens for.
