I made a payment but it was not added to the system. Can you help me?

  • Hey there, Sorry to hear your purchase didn’t come through. 

    A few things you can try first:

    1. Restart the game and your device
    2. Check your purchase history in the store you used (Google Play / App Store) to confirm the payment shows as completed and not pending or cancelled.
    3. Make sure date and time are correct on your device
    4. Make sure your region is set correctly
    5. Give it some time, as the purchase may still be processing.

    If the item still hasn’t arrived after that, you’ll need to reach out to the in-game support team with as much detail as possible. The team can safely check your account and help with missing purchases.
