I need help please i wanna buy something.

i have linked my account with.ea account,facebook,apple account and it wont let me buy stuff from the website nor link it to claim codes.i need help and i dont know what to do.i need to link my account to buy anything but it wont let me link.It keeps saying ur account hasent been linked.Go into game and link it.if this message still shows.refresh and try again and i refreshed but it still wont work.Thanks ea
