I redeemed the code FCPROSHANGHAI25 but I didn't receive the rewards

I received no rewards after redeeming the code. Am I the only one?

I used this code and logged into my account when I looked at my inbox and there was nothing I already cleared the game caches it doesn't work . FC mobile fix this bug!

I have the same issue and the free gifts from the EA shop have not appeared in my in game inbox either yet and it was about 1 hour ago when I added the redeem code and claimed the two free gifts . Hopefully it is fixed soon and we don't miss out 🙂
