I want my in-game server changed.

I want to change servers because, for the past 3 months, I haven't gotten any cards with maximum gen. Despite spending around 200k gems and 2k FC money last month, I only got one 114 gen card. Even with max gen 113, I only got two 112 gen cards in 2 months. Also, I want to change servers because there are a lot of cheaters on my current server. I'm tired of playing one-on-one matches; a 111 gen player whizzes past my 118 gen Thuram like the wind, even with the ball at their feet.
