I want my rewards please

Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am a player of EA SPORTS FC Mobile, and I completed several offer tasks in order to earn in-game gems. However, I encountered a problem with some of the offers.

I downloaded and played two games to complete their required tasks, but unfortunately the rewards were not delivered correctly. I submitted several support reports regarding this issue; some were accepted while others were rejected, even though I have screenshots and evidence proving that the tasks were completed successfully and that I did not receive the rewards.

The two games involved are:

MU Dark Epoch

Puzzle Case Frozen

I completed the required offers in both games, but I either did not receive the gems at all, or only received rewards for part of the completed tasks while other completed tasks are still missing rewards.

Could you please assist me with this issue and review the attached evidence?

    Hey there! Thanks for posting on the forums. For Tapjoy offers and MU: Dark Epoch promos, you need to contact support directly through the in-game menu. They can check whether your progress was tracked correctly and confirm if the rewards were granted as expected. Unfortunately, this is not something we can investigate or resolve through the EA Forums.
