I WON MY MATCH BUT IT « SHOWS NO RESULT »

Hi Fc mobile Team Pls I just played a match and won 4-0 but when the match was completely finished a bug occurred and my match was declared no result pls can you fix that problem and attribute me my deserved Win.

Im begging you actually I’m participating in RenderZ tournament and that win really counts a lot
