In cech chapter 4 after completing 3rd match it shows no connection found,I have tried 5 time completing that match but this occurs every time.
Please look into this matter,I hope you will fix this bug and will help me get a good experience

What happens when the bug occurs? I'm on the Roberto Carlos chapter, i only need to finish one more game to get him (I'm in chapter 5) but whenever the game ends (whether i've lost or won) it just shows me the Disconnected screen. It's been like this for a couple of days now.

Yes I am using an Android device.
And yes I have cleared bother the app and device caches to no avail
I have the same thing with Roberto Carlos in the first game of chapter 2. It works for every thing else except for that I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried connecting to different wi fi but nothing EA need to do something about this.
I have gone as far as installing the game on two different new devices.

What happens when the bug occurs? The connection error message and I lose the match ,despite of winning it, and good internet connection and lose my stamina point

Everytime i complete the 3rd match on chapter 5 of roberto carlos it comes up with a connection error message at the end and gives me the option to retry connection or forfeit match but when you click retry it doesn’t work so it ends up forfeiting the match and has done this 6 times so it is not letting me progress through the chapter
I am stuck on Steven Gerrard level 2 last game before the captain band ... After almost a month still can't pass the game ... Always losing. This happen after the update.... Please someone help!!
