Cannot Claim Live OVR Icons – Claim Button Missing

The claim buttons are no longer available for players who were already updated based on the results of this event. Because of that, you won't be able to claim those Live OVR players anymore.

I have the same problem. The buttons to interact are just gone. If this was an intentional design, it’s badly thought out because now some of the quests in the Nation’s Call tab are unachievable. EA please fix this whether it is a bug or an intentional design. I originally did not use my tokens here because I didn’t want any of the players shown and was under the assumption when the timer ran out a new batch of players would become available. 

The Live OVR chapter has no exchange buttons or World’s Game Token costs for any player (Attackers, Midfielders, Defenders, Goalkeepers, or Icons). I can open player details, but there is no way to claim any Live OVR player. Reinstalling the game did not fix the issue.

I am having this exact same bug. My Live OVR Icons claim buttons have been completely locked for three weeks, making it impossible to complete the Nation's Call weekly quest.
