Im not fatigued yet but it stopped working

I have a similar issue. My fatigue is 8 and I think the other nodes were active but when I went back into the app they weren't 

Hmm, this is weird, most examples I have seen people missed the obvious 12+ as the OP has. But in your case pelicanos​, it might be different.
Before we go any further, what does your Adaptability show? Because when it has reached 3 Stars, it locks it out, so it could be that.
