In game purchase

Ola, facing this issue for days, anyone knows how to fix it😭💔💔

  • Hey there, Sorry to hear about the trouble with your purchase.

    A few things you can try first: 

    1. Restart the game and your device 
    2. Check your purchase history in the store you used (Google Play / App Store) to confirm if all previous payments show as completed and not pending
    3. Make sure date and time are correct on your device 
    4. Make sure your region is set correctly 
    5. Give it some time, as the purchase may still be processing. 

    If the problem persists after that, you’ll need to reach out to the in-game support team.  The team can safely check your account and help with missing purchases.
