Inbox Bug - Rewards Notification

Hey. This is just a notification about the rewards. You receive them in your inbox, and if the icon next to the mail title is greyed out, that means the rewards have already been claimed. I hope that helps. 

Subject: Unable to Claim 3rd Anniversary Milestone Celebration Rewards

Dear EA Support Team,

I am facing an issue in EA SPORTS FC Mobile. I received the announcement about the 3rd Anniversary Milestone Fix & Celebration Rewards, which includes 3 Draft Vouchers, 3,000 Gems, and 300 Star Shards.

However, I am unable to claim these rewards. The Item Pack does not respond when I tap it, and the Receive All button is greyed out.

I have tried reopening the game, but the issue still persists. Please investigate this problem and help me claim my rewards.

If this icon is grayed out, it means you already claimed your rewards in the inbox (the envelope icon).

I have the same issue, and the icon is greyed out, but I did not claim the reward. If I did, it only seems logical that it would'nt be there greyed out, the notification would just dissappear, like when you claim anniversary points from division rivals from the day(s) before.

There are no confirmed issues with these rewards. It's just that the announcement contains a message, and your inbox will hold the rewards.
