Incorrect image led to accidental exchange to Extra Time Tokens

I accidentally exchanged my 112 Donnarumma (trained to blue grade) for Extra Time Tokens, it showed up as a 99 Azaz (Code: Neon) instead. I reported it in-game over 24 hours ago but haven’t heard any...

    The EA team still hasn’t given any update on this issue, and I’m not sure if I should use the extra time tokens yet.

    So many of us have reported that our issues aren’t being handled. Not sure if we should escalate this. We all spent money and so much effort into this, and they treating us loyal players like jokes now
