Incorrect image led to accidental exchange to Extra Time Tokens

I accidentally exchanged my 112 Donnarumma (trained to blue grade) for Extra Time Tokens, it showed up as a 99 Azaz (Code: Neon) instead. I reported it in-game over 24 hours ago but haven’t heard any...

So I created this post 2 days ago, I still haven’t received any update from EA, is the team gonna handle and react to all the bugs we report or just for us to vent?
