"Luck" as a stat on accounts doesn't exist. Everyone has the same odds of getting players as everyone else, and that isn't something that we can change. I do hope that you'll get a player you're happy with soon.
Bro I have 0 pack luck mostly and I would like to request ea to not give us too high ovr players when we are only a match away from fc champ like I know it will decrease the challenge but still pls EA

Again, "pack luck" isn't a thing. You can see all of the pack probabilities in-game. Everybody has the same ones.
