Infinite loading screen on the account selection

Hi EA, 

I've been experiencing this bug since 23rd April 2026 and I have a 121 ovr account and around 15k shards I grinded. It says my main account is a guest and not linked but I had linked my account before now another account that I don't use no more is the one that is linked I don't know why this happened. But EA please fix this bug I cannot lose my account.
