I cannot exchange players in extra time token exchange

Some pictures or more details would be nice

I already posted about this as well. My players are not showing up in the extra time token exchange (none appear that I’ve acquired from Game Center or even the new premier draft). It’s entirely empty even though I have a ton of players who should be available for exchange. Also the rank up and training in the player exchange no long includes any of my silver card players where they have been previously been available. Is this a bug? Have seen others posting about this as well.
