Infinix bug

Hello EA Support,

I installed EA SPORTS FC Mobile from the Google Play Store on my Infinix HOT 60 Pro+ (Model: X6886).

Device details:

Model: Infinix HOT 60 Pro+ (X6886)

Android Version: 15

XOS Version: 15.1.2.180

Game Version: 27.0.03

This is a fresh installation, and I am using a Guest account.

The game launches normally and reaches the Home screen. However, when I tap the Training option, the game freezes completely. The background music continues to play, but the screen becomes unresponsive and I cannot tap anything. I have to force close the game.

I have already tried:

Reinstalling the game

Clearing cache and data

Restarting the phone

Using both Wi-Fi and mobile data

Disabling Game Mode and RAM Expansion

Other games, such as Free Fire, work normally on this device.

Please investigate this issue and let me know if there is a fix or if this is a known compatibility problem with my device.
