Internet issue

How stupid is ur game my internet connection is good then also I have kicked out from match head vs head match for this issue today I have lost 3 stars which matches I could easily win and secondary how much money u want my spin luck is so bad for a long time i have not been getting a single good player in the spin improve it this not how you make your players happy

    Hi, thanks for reporting this and welcome to our forums. I understand how frustrating it is to lose H2H stars after being disconnected. Could you please try these steps before your next H2H session:

    1. Fully close FC Mobile and restart your device.
    2. Turn Airplane Mode on for around 10 seconds, then turn it back off.
    3. Restart your router and reconnect.
    4. If you normally use Wi-Fi, test a match using mobile data or a mobile hotspot. If you're already using mobile data, test another Wi-Fi connection if possible.
    5. Disable any VPN, Private DNS, ad blocker, proxy, or similar network-filtering service.
    6. On Android, go to Settings - Apps - FC Mobile - Storage & cache - Clear cache. Please clear the cache only, not your game data.
    7. Make sure FC Mobile and your device software are fully updated.
