Invalid code redeeming for no reason

I redeem the code (UTOTYTRADEIN) on your website redeem code platform over 15 times(across 2nd-3rd of February) and it keeps telling invalid or expired. I have searched everything, it's the right not expired code but for some reason it doesn't work
