Issue redeeming rewards in FC Mobile
Hello, I wanted to get in touch to find out why, when I redeem a code on the website, the reward doesn't show up in my in-game mailbox in FC Mobile.

Community ManagerHi there. This usually happens when a different EA Account is used on the redemption website than the one linked to FC Mobile. Please try signing in with another email address and make sure it matches the EA Account connected to your game.
