Issue with exchange non tradeable palyer

I have 117 ovr ramires bought from market and made him untradeable in badges section. no he is not tradeable, but still somewhere he flagged as tradeable so I can't able to exchange him for shards. As he is untradeable  player, he should be allowed to exchange for shards. Please help
