Issue With FC Mobile Compatibility on My Phone

Dear EA Sports Support,

I’m contacting you because FC Mobile is showing that the app is no longer compatible with my phone, even though my device meets the required specifications. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy M14 4G (SM-M145F).

Could you please explain why this error is happening and whether there is anything I can do to fix this issue? If it cannot be fixed on my side, please let me know whether EA can resolve it in a future update.
