Issue with the age verification

Hello,

I am having an issue with the age verification in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

When I try to complete the age verification, I receive the following message: “This EA Account cannot complete age verification because it is already associated with another game account.”

I previously used this EA Account with another FC Mobile game account, but that old account has been deleted. I am now playing on a new game account and would like to complete the age verification, but I cannot because my EA Account still appears to be linked to the old account.

Could you please remove the old association or allow me to complete the age verification on my current game account?

    Hi there. It is not possible to unlink an EA Account from an FC Mobile game profile once they have been connected. Deleting the old game profile does not remove this association.

    To complete age verification on your new FC Mobile profile, you will need to link it to a different EA Account that has not previously been connected to another FC Mobile profile.
