I've paid but didn't get the player.

Hello EA Support,

I created my FC Mobile account recently and made my first-ever FC Points purchase (80 FC Points). The purchase was successful, and I received the 80 FC Points, but I did not receive the advertised First Top-Up reward. I have restarted the game and checked my inbox and team, but the reward is still missing.

Could you please check my account and help me receive the missing reward? Thank you. (There was an offer. It was yo top up for the first time and get players. I have screenshots of the transaction history and the fc points I've recieved. Please look into this. My account username is FXniee
