[Known issue] Weekly Quest Bug - Weekend Challenge Not Registering

3 weeks have been scamming even though we had completed the  weekly challenges.

As far as I'm concerned, the solution was in relation to the previous week/weekend. This was a new week/weekend quest and a separate bug needed to be raised. I resent the fact that you dare call these posts spam. Also, the irony of EA telling players to read posts properly when you choose to ignore vast amounts of constructive feedback certainly won't be lost on many! Regarding your moaning about multiple similar posts - you reap what you sow I'm afraid. Ignoring posts and taking too long/insufficiency resolving others has (in my opinion) lead to players bombarding you to force a timely resolution. I notice this issue still hasn't been resolved, so getting defensive and turning on the community is an attempt at deflection in my book. There's alot of money spent by some players and it's about time EA improve or be held accountable for the state of this game.

I'd love to speak with the customer service department on this repeted bugs issue.

I advise admins to keep in mind not only that the gameplay time itself is a lost value, but most of us are paying customers with no refund policy, complaining about workload to paying customers is simply not ethical for any business past, present, or future.. it is what it is, admins, soak up frustration and only complain further to your superiors. People have the right to complain about anything they spend they money at, especially with bugs involved, we're not just consuming sheeps.

Last 3 week continuely i completed Saturday & Sunday wekand challenge if ea have deta so the can check but but but the 20 Shard quset join wekand challenge steal stop it's not working bug evan som time I feel the pack kuck also bug evan i also raised this issue in game comeniti survice

Same. 2 weekly quests, 40 shards and 400 rankups robbed. Waiting to hear back.
