[Known issue] Weekly Quest Bug - Weekend Challenge Not Registering

Shouldnt we get a compensation for the bug on the last week quest that cant be complete? Did EA forgot about this? Like at least fixed the bug if they're not gonna give us any compensation because it's already the 2nd week that this bug happened and they still cant find a way to fixed it. Seriously EA

I asked about it through the mods' escalation path, haven't heard back.

Keep in mind that the maintenance details except for the times were not announced nor there was a confirmation of the bug fixes. 

This might need to be chased up by EA staff.

Did they send gift this week? Nothing yet for me

Same as last week i was unable to claim my weekly quest reward even though I completed the weekly challenges. Last week we were sent a gift as a makeup now nothing please fix this bug

I completed the weekend challenge and even got rewards, but the quest didn't count
